Leadership Team

John Milgram

President

John Milgram has led Aexcel since 1993 and has been part of the company since 1988. During that time, Aexcel has expanded its formulation, manufacturing, and technical support capabilities while staying focused on steady operations and long-term customer relationships.

John remains active in the coatings industry through organizations including the American Coatings Association and regional industry groups. Outside of work, he enjoys getting out on his bicycle when the weather is good.

Jerrie Lee Rispoli

Vice President

Jerrie Lee oversees finance and administrative operations at Aexcel. Her work helps keep the business side of the company organized, steady, and ready to support customers.

Jerrie Lee earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, Book Club, Cleveland Guardians games, and spending time with her family and friends.

Greg Lewanski

Chief Financial Officer

Greg has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, including controller and CFO roles across online sales, distribution, manufacturing, and service industries.

Greg holds degrees in management, finance, and accounting from Case Western Reserve University and has been with Aexcel since 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Robyn Moore

Procurement Manager

Robyn joined Aexcel with decades of manufacturing experience in purchasing and supply chain. She manages raw material requirements and works closely with Sales, Scheduling, and Production to help keep operations moving.

She also manages supplier pricing, service, and relationships to help maintain the quality and reliability Aexcel depends on. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with her family and supporting Cleveland’s professional sports teams.

Mark Smalley

Plant Manager

Mark has spent more than three decades at Aexcel, with experience across production, shipping, and plant operations. Today, he oversees daily plant operations, including work flow, safety, and quality standards.

His knowledge of the facility and production process helps keep work moving smoothly from batch to shipment. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.

Sales Team

Aexcel’s sales team works directly with customers and distributors to understand product needs, answer questions, and connect each request with the right internal support.
