On March 28, 2012, Aexcel accepted a Safety Innovations Award from the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
Aexcel was recognized for installing a vacuum lift system to assist our employees in moving pails weighing about 75 pounds each. Some of our employees lift over 500 pails each day. Since we implemented this new system, we have not had any occurrences of lumbar strains or pulled muscles.
